Information you choose to share
Our forms collect your name, business, email address and enquiry type. You may also choose to provide a phone number, team size, preferred contact time, referral source and message. Please do not submit passwords, patient information or other sensitive records.
How we use it
We use these details to respond, assess service fit, arrange conversations, discuss partnerships or help route a client support enquiry. A form submission does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. We do not sell enquiry details.
Website activity and technical information
We count page views, calls to action and form starts in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful. These counters do not use advertising cookies or build visitor profiles. Enquiries may record the page, referring site or campaign label associated with the submission. Limited request information is also processed to prevent abuse and operate the website.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database with access restricted to authorized administration. The website uses Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. Service providers process information needed to operate those services. Email sent directly to us is handled through our email provider.
Keeping information useful
We retain enquiry information while it is needed for follow-up, business records or an ongoing relationship. You can contact us to request a correction or deletion; some records may need to be kept for an applicable business or legal reason.
Other people’s information
Before making a referral, obtain the person’s permission to share their details. A direct email introduction is often a useful way to give everyone the same context.
