  • Coordinate technology for office moves and new spaces.
  • Agree what each provider needs to do and when.
  • Document the result and hand over a usable setup.
A project starts with a shared plan
  • Business outcome and agreed deliverables
  • What each provider needs to do and when
  • Schedule, changeover plan and expected interruptions
  • Checks that the work is complete, clear records and follow-up

Project work is scoped before implementation. Electrical work, construction, specialized equipment and software-vendor responsibilities are identified separately when relevant.

A few practical questions.

Do we need a managed IT agreement first?

No. We can discuss a defined project on its own and identify whether ongoing support would also be useful.

Can you coordinate with our internet or software provider?

Yes, where coordination is included in the project scope and the provider and customer authorize the necessary access.

How soon can a project begin?

Timing depends on scope, capacity and vendor dependencies. We discuss those before agreeing a start date.
